
We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns that grow Snapp! Barcode. While you will be a core member of the Snapp Market Marketing team, your primary focus will be Snapp! Barcode, developing strategies and campaigns that engage retailers and promote the benefits of our POS solution. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with experience in B2B campaigns, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of how to engage and convert business owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute marketing plans, budgets, KPI targets, and action roadmaps aligned with Snapp Barcode’s OKRs.
- Define and run always-on and one-time campaigns; optimize landing pages, forms, and funnels to maximize lead generation and brand awareness.
- Write clear, actionable briefs and collaborate with Creative, Digital, social media, eCRM, and other internal teams to deliver campaigns effectively.
- Audit and analyze the sales funnel and sales cycle, partnering with the Sales team to improve conversion rates and optimize marketing touchpoints.
- Track campaign spends, forecast ROI, and ensure data reliability and compliance.
- Conduct ongoing analysis and A/B testing, optimizing campaigns based on performance insights and proposing improvements.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across sales, product, and marketing functions to keep campaigns aligned and on schedule.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B marketing experience with focus on lead generation, funnel optimization, and partner/referral motions.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across creative, digital, social media, product, and sales teams.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Matomo/GA4), Looker Studio/Sheets, and UTM discipline.
- Solid understanding of CAC, ROAS, payback period, and ability to manage budgets across channels.
- Skilled in campaign automation, A/B testing, copywriting, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of business P&L, product marketing, and sales cycles.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills; comfortable presenting and aligning with senior stakeholders.
