We are seeking an experienced and meticulous HR Admin responsible for maintaining administrative discipline, managing personnel files, and facilitating communication between employees and the HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing, completing, and accurately updating physical and digital files for all employees in accordance with organizational standards
- Preparing and drafting employment contracts, employment letters, official correspondence, and following up on social security matters (insurance lists, registration, renewals, and terminations)
- Monitoring and supervising the time and attendance system, calculating overtime, leave, and absences, and providing accurate reports to the finance department for payroll processing
- Following up on and implementing welfare programs (supplementary insurance, gifts, internal events, etc.) and responding to employee inquiries regarding administrative circulars
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of specialized experience in a similar role (HR Admin/Personnel Officer)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for formulas and reporting)
- Experience with comprehensive HR software systems (e.g., Hamkaran System)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure work environment
- Ability to establish effective and respectful communication with employees at all levels
