Job Description
- Taking over daily tasks of R&C office, including shoplift register, letter preparation, translations, file creation, etc.
- In charge of SSS reports dispatch to stores and follow up process
- Preparing various reports including monthly and yearly benchmarks, security and store organization charts, etc. in Power Point format
- In charge of R&C office archiving process, including financial documents, letters, P&P, etc.
- In charge of updating Covid-19 stock movement file and collecting inventory information from preventive equipment
- Capable to work as backup of HO security in charge
