Controlling the delivery of products according to the production and delivery schedule.
Reviewing the status of the goals and plans related to the planning unit and warehouse on a continuous basis.
Prepare background information (demand history, sales trend, and seasonality) to support sales forecasting.
Monitor all required materials to prevent production stop .
Manage and monitor important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies. 
Prepare reports and statistics related to the sales planning and forecasting function.
Define, control, and check the point of ordering in inventories.
Monitoring the preparation of the table for placing orders.
Requesting supplier to send shipping documents (including invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, and bill of lading).
Monitoring the clearance issues and calculation of the clearance costs.
Research and evaluate suppliers and negotiate with them .
Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
 Having a comprehensive knowledge of production planning.
 Familiar with the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Commerce ( It’s considered an advantage).
 Familiar with the importation, commercial, and customs processes (It’s considered an advantage).
