Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment effort
- Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all team personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Assist and constantly improve on-boarding and off-boarding processes for new hires within these departments including payroll, benefits, exit interviews
- Assist in assess employee training and development needs and prepare training calendar
- Assist to prepare Job Profile for all positions at company
- Assist to improve internal communication.
Requirements :
- Have at-least 3 years related experience in HR department.
- Have a thorough knowledge of Labor Law of Iran.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills. Can express ideas, thoughts and concepts clearly and concisely.
- Must have sound judgment and the ability to use discretion in handling sensitive HR issues, along with skill in providing objective, neutral, and strategic HR services.
- Have demonstrated excellent employee service. Resolve problems responsively, creatively and logically.
- Keep apprised & updated on new regulations, company policies & procedures.
