•    Active Collaboration with other departments within Network Group with regard to:
o    Ensure Radio network plan is doable by supporting CPG
o    Rollout and monitoring of new technologies and solution from radio perspective
o    Operational and QA issues that affect network and radio KPI
o    Site relocation and CRA matters
o    BSC/RNC/OSS, transmission and Core relevant aspects on site planning
o    Power and Material Planning
•    Active Collaboration with other divisions (eg Marketing) within IRANCELL with regard to:
o    Key inputs are obtained & understood that may affect rollout strategy, including information on new products or services and forecasting
o    Support Marketing and S&D for new service lunching and new customers
o    Legal issues on license conditions and complains
o    Site and region visit for planning and implementation purposes 
•    Material management and ensure right equipment to be planned, allocated to contractor and implemented to avoid wasting or shortage of equipment
•    To prepare detail of new site (Micro, Macro, IBS) plan of all assigned technologies (2G, 3G, 4G mobile and fixed) for increasing capacity and coverage and finalizing BoQ with vendor and related internal teams
•    A-toll updating and able to fix A-toll data mismatches and providing coverage predication.
•    To prepare detail of network modernization plan such as swapping, replacing, adding new board, technology, layer 
•    To prepare plan for events by temporary sites (Mainly CoW site) or adjusting existing sites
•    To provide repeater plan and following implementation for low coverage area.
•    To provide low cost solutions to boost NW coverage in assigned region
•    To prepare USO plan and village coverage as per license obligations and regulation demands
•    To prepare plan for power system of sites and upgrading plan 
•    To maintain a dashboard of all assigned BTSs power situation and ensure additional equipment can be handled with supplied power
•    To provide monthly and ad hoc reports regarding new plan, plan implementation, challenges and solutions and so on
•    To consider the followings in issuing plans:
•    Received customer complain from CRA, Letters, Irancell CR
•    Regional team, S&D and Marketing feedback
•    Measured Coverage and OSS KPI
•    License condition
•    Security, Availability of TRM (technology risk management), AC Power,
•    Covering VIP, main, and strategic areas
•    Covering all main roads, airports, railways 
•    To follow customer coverage complains and adjust plan where it is applicable.
•    To follow implementation plan with CPG and contractors and ensure implementation is executing as per plan and also following pending/down sites
•    To attend in tender evaluation for network radio changes as per manager request
•    To prepare SoW and raising CR to vendors and contractors for new equipment or new service of Radio plan implementation 
•    To evaluate SAR, TSSR, SSV, SOAC, PAT, FAT of plan and issuing certificate
•    To provide support to material planning w.r.t. procurement of radio network related equipment.
•    To provide input for transmission and core teams regarding CRA issues and supporting legal CRA team, CPG, Radio support team, BSC/RNC/OSS team and Optimization team in this regard
•    To ensure accurate data entry of physical data, used model tuning and parameters of sites in the planning tool and keep the tool updated.
•    To monitor RAN KPI and following issues from vendors, contractors and suppliers as well as following radio planning related care and support issues with vendors and suppliers.
•    To order and follow required radio software license and features with getting optimization team support and feedback
•    To ensure update of license and features utilization of purchased equipment based on agreed contract
•    To attend in Optimization, Planning and CPG meetings regarding to Network performance and plan implementation 
•    To prepare and support NW Operation Spare team for required material
•    To attend in CRA meeting related to coverage or performance issue
•    To prepare and support for answering coming letters from CRA or other organization
•    To provide an efficient plan for reusing dismantled/second hand equipment
