Job Description:
The SEO Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's SEO strategy. This includes conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and building backlinks. The SEO Manager will also work with other teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Define, build and lead a world-class SEO team
• Own, build and manage the SEO roadmaps for both branded and on-branded search– leading content development, developing and scaling SEO strategies, and executing web optimization projects across our multiple business lines.
• Grow our prospecting and customer acquisition volume through content and technical strategies to increase our Search Market Share.
• Regularly audit websites and drive an actionable plan for SEO improvements that also increase SEM efficiency including content updates, back-linking strategy, and metadata optimizations
• Develops near, mid, and long-tail content strategies and works with the Marketing team to drive new content ideas using targeted keyworks and SEO best practices
• Guarantee web measurement tools are properly working and perform Q/A to assure zero down-time
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, and Dev teams to ensure SEO activities are maximally optimized and correctly attributed
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
• Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
• Internal and external training related to strategy, i.e. industry best practices, and consulting as needed.
• Cultivate growth opportunities and skills development by working with the team to determine the areas of potential knowledge gaps, focus points of innovation and learning
• Hold consistent regular check-ins with team members to go over individual goals and provide guidance and feedback on relevant projects.
• Act as a point of contact to assist with any issues, concerns, or general feedback.
• Perform other duties as needed;

The ideal candidate:

• 8+ years of experience working on SEO-SEM initiatives – both technical and content
• Experience leading a world-class SEO team
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing scalable SEO-SEM projects in the DTC space
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in marketing, communications or related quantitative fields preferred
• Excellent strategy and analytical skills using forecasting and simulations to make data-driven decisions
• Expert-level understanding of technical and content elements that impact organic search performance rankings
• In-depth experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Google Search Console, Google Trends, Moz Pro, Ahrefs etc.)
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with WordPress Admin, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Must have experience managing SEO campaigns start to finish, concept to execution.
• Must have demonstrated ability to handle large, complex projects.
• It is necessary to have a termination of military service card or a permanent exemption from it.
