Role and Responsibilities                       

·        Develop and automate large-scale, High-Performance, Scalable data pipelines (batch and streaming) to drive faster analytics

·        Ability to design new Data Architecture with excellent run-time characteristics such as low latency, fault-tolerance, and availability

·        Optimize data processing

·        Troubleshoot data-related issues

·        Monitor and optimize data pipelines and systems for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

·        Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to safeguard patient data and ensure compliance.

·        Implement processes and tools to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams

·        Development of high-quality database solutions

·        Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL

·        Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements

·        Monitoring and maintenance of Power BI Services

·        Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements

·        Document data infrastructure, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

·        Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, and SQL.

·        Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, and NoSQL databases.

·        Experience with data engineering, with a focus on building and maintaining data pipelines, data models, and scalable infrastructure.

·        Strong skills in SQL and experience with data querying, transformation, and manipulation (SSIS).

·        Knowledge of data governance, data security, and privacy practices.

·        Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

·        Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
