Job Description

  • This role involves conducting market analysis to identify potential organizational customers and engage in negotiations with prospective customers, either through visits or calls, to secure sales. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, including following up on contract approvals with both customers and internal teams. The role also requires coordinating sales meetings with customers and business managers, addressing the financial aspects of contracts, and resolving any customer complaints or concerns to ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Analyzing the market and identifying potential organizational customers
  • Negotiating with potential customers for sales
  • Visiting or calling potential organizations
  • Following up on the approval of contracts from customers and internal teams
  • Holding and coordinating sales meetings
  • Pursuing financial affairs of contracts
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • Requirements
  • Having a bachelor's degree in management or a related field
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated successful sales experience
  • Proficient in B2B organizational sales concepts
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with corporate clients
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Effective and result-oriented follow-up
