In our journey of Snapp Kitchen, we are pioneers in the Cloud Kitchen Market in Iran, which is a new form of catering and restaurant services where there are no restaurants, tables, chairs, or even customers in person; Cloud kitchens only use online food delivery services. The Partnerships/Business Development Specialist is a key position with sales and networking accountabilities. This position is responsible for developing and managing long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers and business partners which are mostly in FMCG industries. Sourcing new opportunities, planning business partnerships, and building relationships are the main roles of this position. 


Here are the details of the responsibilities for this role:

  • Identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the FMCG industry and other relevant sectors.
  • Collaborating with senior management and marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partnerships.
  • Negotiating and finalizing deals under the company’s contract guidelines and policies, and managing the legal aspects of partnerships by drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and managing disputes.
  • Negotiating terms of partnership agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefitting from the relationship.
  • Delivering great experience to our partners when working with our organization.  
  • Forecasting, measuring, and reporting various project results with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships. 

 
Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, commercial, or sales in FMCG.
  • Having a strong network in this field.
  • Strategic thinking skills.
  • Networking skills.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
