Job Description

Job Description:

A Social Media Expert is responsible for managing and optimizing the online presence of AVAKATAN Group of companies across various social media platforms. Below are the duties and required skills for this role:

Responsibilities:

1.    Develop Social Media Strategies:

o   Create and implement strategic plans for brand presence on social media.

o   Set short-term and long-term goals and evaluate results.

2.    Content Creation and Publishing:

o   Produce creative and engaging content including text, images, videos, and graphics.

o   Plan and schedule posts across various platforms.

3.    Manage Interactions and Communications:

o   Respond to comments, messages, and queries from users professionally.

o   Build and maintain relationships with the audience and increase engagement.

4.    Analyze and Report:

o   Monitor and analyze the performance of posts and advertising campaigns.

o   Use analytical tools to provide regular reports and improvement suggestions.

5.    Paid Advertising and Campaigns:

o   Design and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media.

o   Manage advertising budgets and optimize them for the best return on investment.

6.    Cross-team Collaboration:

o   Work closely with content teams to align objectives.

o   Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.

Required Skills:

1.    Strong Communication Skills:

o   Ability to write and speak effectively.

o   Proficiency in writing creative and engaging content.

2.    Familiarity with Social Media Platforms:

o   Expertise in platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other popular networks.

o   Deep understanding of algorithms and new trends on these networks.

3.    Data Analysis:

o   Ability to use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant tools.

o   Skill in interpreting data and translating it into actionable strategies.

4.    Creativity and Innovation:

o   Ability to generate new and engaging content ideas for social media.

o   Having an innovative mindset to attract more audiences.

5.    Time and Project Management:

o   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

o   Strong planning and scheduling skills.

6.    Knowledge of Digital Marketing Principles:

o   Understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.

o   Capability to execute effective online advertising campaigns.

Education and Experience:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields such as Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business Administration.
Work Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in social media management.
Proven track record of successful management and execution of social media campaigns.
