Digikala is the biggest ecommerce startup in Iran. It was founded in July, 2006 by twin brothers Hamid and Saeed Mohammadi who had an unpleasant experience when they tried to buy a digital camera, after which they used $10,000 of their own savings to start the company. The company was reported to be valued at $150 million in 2014, and $500 million in late 2015. Digikala's main investor is Sarava Pars, an Iranian investment company. Digikala offers same day delivery in Tehran and Karaj, and offers next day delivery in 20 other cities.
Conduct sales for the company and meet the sales targets

Ensure that proper advertising and marketing are done through the medical product sales
Liaison with seller and suppliers
Analyze client needs, find gaps in the market and offer effective solutions to bridge this gap through personal care sales
Achieve sales targets set by the company and increase the sales figures with every passing year
Understand the demographics of the territory and devise health 7 beauty product sales strategies as per the territory
Translate the vision and mission of the company through effective sales
Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare providers through regular meetings
Meet sales targets, negotiate contracts, review sales job performance and draft reports on the same
Defining and implementing the growth strategy for the Hair and Skin category with understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision.
Driving brand sales performance through joint business planning and regular business reviews
Monitor PC customer's needs, commercial trends, market situation, and competitor's activities
Identifying opportunities for process improvements, innovation and scale within the personal care products.
Owning PC category sales and profit performance, including planning & forecasting
Controlling and monitoring price competitiveness in both Marketplace and retail side
Ensure that proper advertising and marketing are done through the Personal care sales
Analyze client needs, find gaps in the market and offer effective solutions to bridge this gap through Hair and skin product sales
Translate the vision and mission of the company through effective sales
Meet H&S sales targets, negotiate contracts, review PC sales job performance and draft reports on the same
General geographical understanding of various regions of the country and the products of each region.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
Prior experience working as a buyer or key account management specialist or in a similar role
experience in e-commerce, retail is plus
