Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales for the company and meet the sales targets
  • Increase brand awareness and build a relationship with prospective and existing customers
  • Ensure that proper advertising and marketing are done through the medical product sales
  • Liaison with seller and suppliers 
  • Analyze client needs, find gaps in the market and offer effective solutions to bridge this gap through personal care sales
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company and increase the sales figures with every passing year
  • Understand the demographics of the territory and devise health  7 beauty product sales strategies as per the territory
  • Translate the vision and mission of the company through effective sales
  • Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare providers through regular meetings
  • Meet sales targets, negotiate contracts, review sales job performance and draft reports on the same
  • Defining and implementing the growth strategy for the Hair and Skin category with understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision.
  • Driving brand sales performance through joint business planning and regular business reviews
  • Monitor PC customer's needs, commercial trends, market situation, and competitor's activities
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements, innovation and scale within the personal care products.
  • Owning  PC category sales and profit performance, including planning & forecasting
  • Controlling and monitoring price competitiveness in both Marketplace and retail side
  • Ensure that proper advertising and marketing are done through the Personal care sales
  • Analyze client needs, find gaps in the market and offer effective solutions to bridge this gap through Hair and skin product sales
  • Translate the vision and mission of the company through effective sales
  • Meet H&S sales targets, negotiate contracts, review PC sales job performance and draft reports on the same
  • General geographical understanding of various regions of the country and the products of each region.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
  • Prior experience working as a buyer or key account management specialist or in a similar role
  • experience in e-commerce, retail is plus
  • Conduct pc sales for the company and meet the sales targets
  • Increase brand awareness and build a relationship with prospective and existing customers
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company and increase the sales figures with every passing year
  • Understand the demographics of the territory and sales strategies as per the territory
  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Strong business judgement backed by analytical mindset and comfort generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses

  • Negotiation track-record and demonstrated ability to influence others
