Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategy department at Sabaidea. This role is crucial in driving data-informed decisions and shaping strategic initiatives that align with our corporate goals. The Senior Business Analyst will conduct comprehensive analyses, support strategic planning, and uncover trends and opportunities to drive business growth. 
Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to estimate market size, assess competitive landscape, and evaluate market potential. Identify industry trends and emerging opportunities that align with corporate objectives.
Strategy Development: Support the creation of strategic plans and initiatives based on comprehensive analysis. Provide data-driven recommendations to guide decision-making processes within the organization.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics across various business lines. Interpret data to understand business performance, highlight areas for improvement, and inform optimization strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with corporate-level stakeholders and key personnel in different business lines to support cross-functional projects and ensure alignment on strategic goals.
Data Presentation: Use PowerPoint to create clear, visually compelling presentations that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Excel proficiency is essential for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
AI Prompting: Utilize AI tools for data analysis, research, and insights generation, leveraging advanced prompting techniques to enhance research quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 4 years in a business analyst role, with specific experience in the e-commerce industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with AI prompting and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
