Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Tax Accountant to join our finance team. This role involves managing all tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with current regulations, submitting reports on time, and interacting with tax and insurance authorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and knowledgeable about recent tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit Quarterly tax reports accurately and on time.
• Expertly operate the Modian system and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of tax and insurance regulations and procedures.
• Effectively manage tax and insurance audits.
• Offer practical solutions to reduce tax and insurance risks.
• Gather and organize supporting documents for tax and social security audits.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in preparing tax returns and financial statements.
• Up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in tax and insurance matters.
• Strong understanding of Iranian tax laws, Modian system, and social insurance regulations..
• Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through on assigned tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to deadlines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work well in a team.
• Time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with tax dispute resolution and defense petitions is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a significant plus.
