Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, and optimize business processes using BPMN2 to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • customize and implementation of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with business requirements, ensuring functionality alignment and user adoption
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • create and maintain detailed, clear, and up-to-date documentation for all processes, workflows, and CRM configurations, ensuring accessibility and compliance with organizational standards

Requirements:

  • Proficient in analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business analyst.
  • Expertise in BPMN2, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and related tools for process analysis and implementation.
  • Precision in documenting workflows, requirements, and CRM configurations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
