Job Description
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
- Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
- Testing graphics across various media
- To entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- Create visually compelling and on-brand marketing materials, including but not limited to mailers, ads, flyers, social media posts, signage, and handouts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate our messages.
- To collaborate with other internal teams (product and content production) to develop and monitor
- To write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
- To work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
- To maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions.
- Result-driven campaigns, including but not limited to emails, digital banners, printed
- materials, and events.
- Write, organize content, and design marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, newsletters, landing pages, posters, annual report, training guides).
- Responsible for the development of the event annual plan and its implementation, including but not limited to internal events and external events. Schedule, coordinate, and attend Credit events, meetings, and presentations.
