Job Summary:
As the Social Team Lead Supervisor in the Vendor Team at Jabama, you will be responsible for overseeing the Instagram presence of our 90+ diamond host accounts. Your primary focus will be to drive sales, enhance follower engagement, and improve host occupancy rates through effective social media management and mastery in data analysis. You will lead a team of admins responsible for managing Instagram pages and ensure that their actions align with business objectives. Your role requires advanced skills in data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize Instagram growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Instagram marketing campaigns for diamond host accounts.
• Utilize advanced data analysis to evaluate Instagram metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and sales conversions, assessing the effectiveness of social media activities.
• Use data and business metrics to drive decisions on content creation, targeting, and engagement strategies to meet business goals.
• Oversee a team of admins responsible for managing Instagram accounts, providing guidance and training on best practices.
• Foster collaboration with other marketing teams to align Instagram strategies with overall business objectives.
• Continuously monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media practices to refine strategies.
• Develop and implement processes for efficient workflow and performance tracking for multiple Instagram accounts.
• Provide regular reports on Instagram performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights and analysis.
Technical Skills:
• Mastery in data analysis, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and familiarity with business metrics like conversion rates, engagement rates, ROI, etc.
• Expertise in Instagram business accounts and related tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Creator Studio, social media management tools).
• Strong experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media trends and the ability to adapt strategies based on analytics.
• Experience in running paid Instagram campaigns is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Leadership and team management skills with experience guiding, mentoring, and training staff.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and report findings to senior management.

Qualifications:
