Job Description

As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will spearhead data-driven digital marketing strategies, optimize ad performance across multiple platforms, and ensure a strong ROI on campaigns. Your expertise in analytics, campaign management, and digital advertising will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and AdNetworks.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms to drive actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization to maximize conversions.
  • Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Work with the digital marketing, content, and design teams to create targeted ads.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and the Iranian digital market.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Set clear and measurable KPIs for campaigns, such as cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Build detailed media plans that align with budget constraints and performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within fintech, cryptocurrency, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and ad networks 
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and in-app advertising strategies.
  • Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Hotjar.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of ad copy, design, and user behavior to develop effective campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
