Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Lead with expertise in .NET MVC, SQL, React Native, and on-premises technologies to guide our technical team. In this role, you will oversee the development and delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions while mentoring team members and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Stay informed about advancements in technologies relevant to the current stack and evaluate potential integrations.
• Communication and Collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for leadership and CTO.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical discussions within the team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in software development, including team leadership roles.
  • Strong background in .NET MVC, SQL database management, and React Native development.
  • Proven experience managing on-premises systems and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in designing and implementing solutions using .NET MVC and relational databases like SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile application development.
  • Proficiency in managing on-premises infrastructure, with knowledge of networking, servers, and storage systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
