Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key driver of efficient, transparent, and employee-centric HR processes, continuously refining core workflows—such as onboarding, offboarding, and career progression frameworks—to elevate the employee experience across the entire lifecycle.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies, ensure seamless candidate journeys, and integrate new hires smoothly into the organization.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees, advocating for their needs, addressing inquiries, clarifying policies, and connecting them with the right resources or benefits.
• Collaborate with leadership and team leads to embed core values into daily operations, champion a high-performance culture that creates value for customers and drives positive impact, and support leadership development initiatives.
• Design and implement talent development programs—such as mentorships, skill-building workshops, and succession planning—to help employees realize their full potential.
• Help evaluate and refine organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities, facilitating discussions that optimize team dynamics and overall effectiveness.
• Collect and analyze HR metrics (e.g., engagement, turnover, talent development outcomes) to identify areas for improvement, recommend strategies, and inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong business acumen, with a clear understanding of how HR initiatives create value for the organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships across various levels.
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with HR tools, enabling informed decision-making and reporting.
• Solid project management abilities and readiness to handle operational tasks effectively.
