We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our admin team. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, arrange travel (domestic and/or international), and handle correspondence (email, phone, mail).
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized files, both physical and digital. This includes managing documents, invoices, and other important records.
Data Entry: Input data into various systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
Office Management: Assist with office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office organization. May include managing the reception area and greeting visitors.
Project Support: Assist with various projects as assigned, providing administrative support as needed.
Communication: Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and accurate.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
