About the Role:

As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
Research potential clients and understand their business needs.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate prospect information.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and emails booked.
What We’re Looking For:
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (internships count!).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High energy, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
Experience with CRM software is a plus but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
