Responsibilities:
- Test and assess issues related to computer software and hardware, including various operating systems such as Mac, Linux, and Windows.
- Apply strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to efficiently resolve customer issues both remotely and on-site.
- Install, check, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade computers and various equipment types, including copiers, printers, and scanners, to ensure optimal performance for all users.
- Perform tasks like physical cleaning, OS installation, and laptop preparation for delivery to staff members as part of this position's duties.
- Analyze the market and suggest the best possible specifications for the staff.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware and software, including laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Develop and deploy solutions for all computer-related problems, taking prompt action to resolve them
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Responsibility and punctuality
- Strong desire for continuous learning
- Strong analytical abilities
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in Troubleshooting hardware and software
- Mastery in A+
- Mastery of Network+
