The key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Installation team the completion dates.
- Coordinate with Logistic for equipment delivery.
- Coordinate if any with Third party for it.
- Check the BOQ requirement according to the Technical Survey report.
- Work closely with Logistics Department in charge of arranging in country logistics and the delivery according to the General Implementation Plan.
- Check the LOM on site to ensure delivery procedure.
- Ensure through proactive site visits and regular progress meetings with subcontractors that site integration activities progress according to the agreed Project Plan and milestones, detecting any slippage as early as possible and agreeing to take measurements required for recovery.
- Coordinate with Network Operation Department.
- Participate in Site Visits at least at:
- Site telecom commissioning;
- Site handover visit for acceptance (presenting for handover Test and Measurement Results).
- Ensure the proper usage and calibration of the tools and test equipment used in program.
- Follow up technical problems during integration.
- Establish the planning plan in order to reach the defined target.
- Analyzing ability to understand HLD/LLD to work strictly on pre-defined road maps.
- Verify the tasks execution according to Company Specifications and pre-organized schedule to ensure the best quality stipulated in construction standards.
- Verify the conformity of integration works on site using appropriate tools: lap top, updating soft, technical specification coming through IP based devices.
- Prepare reports on progress of works, productivity and performance evaluation to support decision making by concerned parties in a timely manner.
- Ensure that safety rules relevant to the works to be carried out are applied by subcontractors and vendors, or third parties.
- Perform acceptance test according to approved procedure and verify acceptance documents for Integration (parameters, Routing protocols, integration validation, etc...).
- Conduct audit final settlements to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications and standards.
- Prepare reports on progress of works, productivity and performance evaluation to support decision making by concerned parties in a timely manner.
- Make sure that all the documentation needed for a proper handover to Operation & Maintenance is available.
Key Professional Competencies:
- Experience of network integration.
- Have the working knowledge of MPLS, L2VPN / L3VPN, MP-BGP, OSPF, BFD, VPN FRR, QinQ etc
- Familiar with equipment management (Switches, Routers)..
- Telecom and computer field knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with equipment management (IP-Based device) in GSM.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in relevant technical fields.
- Intermediate English.
- Intermediate MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.) skills.
