Position Overview:
The Organizational Development Trainee will be part of the HR – People and Organizational Development team, reporting directly to the People and Organizational Development Supervisor. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, employee engagement, and organizational development projects. The trainee will support key initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture, improving performance, and fostering a high-performing work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and execution of Organizational Development (OD) initiatives and programs.
- Take ownership of coordinating the implementation of OD projects.
- Support data collection and analysis to assess organizational needs, employee engagement levels, and overall effectiveness.
- Participate in the design and facilitation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Research and benchmark best practices in OD, employee performance, and organizational culture.
- Contribute to the evaluation of OD strategies and recommend improvements based on feedback and analysis.
- Assist in the creation of reports, presentations, and documentation to support HR and OD initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR team members to coordinate events and workshops aimed at improving employee collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR, Organizational Development, or as an HR Generalist is a plus.
- Experience in the E-commerce industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HR concepts and functions such as employee engagement, training, and performance management.
- Fluency in English (Proficiency is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a structured approach.
- Self-learner, curious, and eager to discover new skills and knowledge.
