Position Overview:
The Senior Organizational Development Specialist will be part of the People and Organizational Development Team, reporting directly to the People and Organizational Development Supervisor. This role is crucial in assessing organizational needs, developing strategic OD initiatives, and collaborating with HRBPs and business leaders to optimize performance and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Assess organizational needs and develop strategies to enhance performance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business unit managers and HRBPs to design and update organizational structures, processes, job profiles, and procedures.
• Provide advisory services to management on performance, leadership, and HRD-related cases.
• Facilitate and implement the workforce planning process to ensure correct headcount budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate job competency profiling and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Support organizational structure design and change implementation.
• Design and evaluate training programs to develop employee skills and competencies.
• Execute job evaluation and pay structure design to improve the compensation system and support career path development and succession planning.
• Implement the end-to-end performance management process as part of the Talent Management framework.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars on organizational development topics across different levels of the organization.
• Work closely with management to identify employee development needs and drive learning initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of development programs on employee engagement and business objectives.
• Lead change management initiatives by providing resources and guidance to leadership and employees.
• Conduct organizational assessments and deliver data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• At least 4 years of experience in HRD, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience in the E-commerce industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of organizational strategies, business processes, models, and structures.
• In-depth knowledge of HR theories, HRD & OD solutions, and Learning & Development (L&D) processes.
• Advanced English proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with expertise in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with LMS and E-Learning platforms.
• Strong skills in business correspondence and professional communication.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics management.
• Highly responsible, results-oriented, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Strong teamwork and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, coaching, and presentation skills.
