Job Description

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to play a key role in managing and enhancing our HR operations. This position requires a well-rounded HR professional with expertise in employee relations, talent management, HR compliance, and organizational development. As a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership, you will contribute to a positive workplace culture, drive HR initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to attract top talent.
  • Facilitate onboarding and integration programs to enhance new hire experience.
  • Assist in workforce planning and succession planning to support business growth.


Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth and leadership development.
  • Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and create tailored training initiatives.

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Develop and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action plans to improve workplace satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in talent development, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, or CIPD.
  • Experience in organizational development
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving workplace with a proactive approach.
