- Coordinating usability testing and interview sessions.
- Conducting call interviews.
- Assisting researchers during usability testing and interview sessions.
- Conducting small and simple research tasks.
- Getting to know the team and processes
- Learning tools for research and data analysis.
- Understanding concepts of user experience design.
