Senior Product Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referral. Your expertise in growth funnels and data-driven decision-making will shape our product roadmap and accelerate user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Roadmap:
  Own and evolve the product roadmap through market analysis, prioritizing initiatives that drive measurable growth.

• Data-Driven Optimization:
  Utilize A/B testing and user analytics to continuously improve the user experience and eliminate friction points in the customer journey.

• User Experience:
  Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design an intuitive, seamless interface that maximizes conversions and engagement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and progress.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or BNPL-related services.

• Proven success in driving growth via acquisition, activation, retention, and referral strategies.

• Prior experience in a senior product role with a track record of influencing product strategy.

• Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in data analytics tools.

• Deep understanding of growth marketing, A/B testing, and data-driven product development.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Passion for mentoring and building high-performing, collaborative environments.

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
