Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful AI Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engineer cognitive architectures, develop generative AI pipelines, and conduct R&D on emerging tools and models. Your work will focus on building and optimizing backend architectures for AI services, integrating various services and APIs, and implementing advanced generative AI concepts such as agentic frameworks and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Key Responsibilities
Design & Develop Cognitive Architectures: Engineer and implement robust cognitive architectures and generative AI pipelines that power our innovative solutions.
Implement Advanced Generative AI Concepts:
Develop and optimize agentic frameworks to enable autonomous decision-making and intelligent behavior within our AI systems.
Incorporate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance content generation with dynamic, context-aware information retrieval.
Explore and apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for large language models (LLMs) to improve response quality.
Research & Development: Conduct R&D on cutting-edge AI/ML tools, models, and industry trends to continuously refine our technology stack and methodologies.
Backend Engineering: Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that form the backbone of our AI offerings.
Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI services with various third-party platforms, APIs, and data sources to deliver comprehensive, customer-focused solutions.
Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in agile practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement and swift iterations.
End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for the development lifecycle—from concept and prototyping to deployment and post-launch maintenance.
Quality & Documentation: Write clean, efficient code, perform rigorous testing, and maintain clear documentation to support scalability and future innovation.
Required Qualifications
Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year in AI software development or a related field.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience with generative AI models and cognitive architectures.
Solid proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.).
Familiarity with API design, integration, and modern development tools (e.g., Git).
Generative AI Expertise:
Knowledge of advanced generative AI concepts such as agentic frameworks and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience with prompt engineering, large language models, or related techniques is a plus.
Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers) is desirable.
R&D Exposure: Demonstrated interest or experience in research and development within AI/ML, with a strong curiosity for emerging technologies.
