We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and theoretical knowledge of campaign management, with expertise in social media marketing, display advertising, and Iranian ad networks. They will also excel in communication, collaboration, and managing cross-functional teams during campaign periods. This role requires someone who is data-driven, focused on achieving measurable results, and proficient in leveraging various campaign frameworks tailored to specific goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and campaign goals and based on a complete campaign plan.
- Create and execute campaigns across social media platforms, display channels, Iranian ad networks, and other advertising platforms.
- Develop impactful slogans, key messages, and key visuals that align with brand and campaign objectives with copywriters.
Data-Driven Strategy & Optimization:
- Analyze performance metrics from campaigns and extract actionable insights for optimization.
- Present regular performance reports, using data to refine strategies and demonstrate cost and KPIs.
- Track and manage KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and campaign ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with the creative, content, social media, SEO, and performance marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Manage and communicate effectively with all members of the marketing team during campaign planning and execution phases.
- Act as a central point of contact for campaign-related activities, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
Proficiency in Marketing Channels & Tools:
- Leverage social media marketing platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and Iranian ad networks for maximum reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and platforms in digital and traditional marketing.
- Creative & Strategic Excellence:
- Design campaigns tailored to specific frameworks (e.g., AIDA, SEE-THINK-DO-CARE, RACE) to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, or retention goals.
- Ensure all campaigns are supported with compelling slogans, impactful key messages, and cohesive key visuals.
- Maintain a balance between short-term performance and long-term brand-building strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in campaign management, with expertise in social media, display, and Iranian ad networks.
- Strong understanding of marketing theories, frameworks, and campaign lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful campaigns across various platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and align diverse teams during campaigns.
- Technical proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GSC, Yektanet, Display Channel, Social Media Analytic Tools.
- Solid understanding of slogans, key messages, and key visuals and their importance in campaign success.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
