Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and preferences to effectively tailor marketing efforts.
  • Create and refine customer journey maps to guide campaigns and optimize customer interactions.
  • Employ advanced personalization strategies, dynamic content, and product recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Design and implement automated eCRM campaigns that encompass segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to boost engagement and drive sales.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align eCRM initiatives with overarching marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Monitor and meticulously report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular analysis and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in eCRM.
  • Proficiency in SQL programming, including complex query writing, data manipulation, and performance tuning.
  • Proven experience with ECRM platforms (e.g., WebEngage).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a creative flair, driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
