Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate the CEO's meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Conducted research and prepared reports, presentations, and briefs for the CEO.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in planning and executing projects and events.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and stakeholders.



Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong capability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Skilled at collaborating with others and building relationships.
  • Able to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently.



Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3- 4 years of experience in a similar role.
