Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the performance and availability of software and services.
  • Respond to alerts and issues, escalating them to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Use the ticketing system (Jira) to log, track, and manage system issues.
  • Collaborate with the Back Office and Development teams to resolve problems.
  • Assist in initial troubleshooting of user-reported issues.


Requirements:

  • Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting IT systems.
  • Ability to work with ticketing systems like Jira.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

 
Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in similar IT or telecom operations roles.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks is a plus.
