Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues escalated from the Front Office team/or other relevant team or managers.
  • Implement automation and monitoring solutions to streamline operations.
  • Work closely with Development teams for system updates and troubleshooting.
  • Perform root cause analysis and suggest short and long-term solutions.
  • Analyze logs using tools like Elasticsearch.
  • Support the Front Office team in managing incidents and issues.
  • Use the ticketing system (Jira) to log, track, and manage issues.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Experience in log analysis using tools like Elasticsearch.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and databases.
  • Proficiency in English for documentation and communication with international teams.
  • Ability to work with ticketing systems like Jira.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in system engineering or SRE roles, with a focus on operations.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
