Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Back Office team in resolving complex issues and improving system stability.
  • Collaborate with Development teams to design resilient systems and perform updates.
  • Implement and monitor best practices for incident management and system reliability.
  • Analyze logs and use tools like Elasticsearch to identify issues.
  • Evaluate and monitor continuous improvement in operations.
  • Use the ticketing system (Jira) to log, track, and manage issues.

 
Requirements:

  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Experience in log analysis using Elasticsearch.
  • Proficiency in SRE practices and cloud-based operations.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
  • Proficiency in English for documentation and team coordination.
  • Ability to work with ticketing systems like Jira.


Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience troubleshooting operational issues, automating processes, and scaling systems.
