A Senior Talent Acquisition manages the end-to-end hiring process, from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding. They collaborate with hiring managers, monitor recruitment KPIs, and provide regular hiring reports. The role requires experience in full-cycle recruiting, knowledge of ATS, and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperating closely with hiring managers to recognize their needs.
- Following A to Z of the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer reference, negotiation, and onboarding
- Conducting HR Interviews
- Monitoring Talent Acquisition KPIs and suggesting ways to improve the funnel.
- Presenting weekly, and monthly reports of the hiring process
- Asset-based on job competencies
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
