Business Analytics Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Partnership in design and management team processes, procedures, and workflows ensuring smooth and seamless internal and external operations.
• Partnership in defining and designing the KPIs and metrics of the team 
• Hire, onboard, lead and motivate team members.
• Partnership in managing and monitoring both the team and team members performance and provide them with ongoing feedback.
• Leading and managing the continuous extracting data-driveninsights extraction.
• Keep a close track of the performance
• Effective Communication with other stakeholder regarding the execution of projects
• Guide stakeholder teams to ensure the fluency of execution
• Update managers about the progress of execution
• Generate reports on what areas  are going well and which areas require improvement
• Generating reports and monitoring the utilization and efficiency of the stakeholder teams

Requirements:

•  
• At least Bachelor in the field of Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science or Other relevant areas or having equivalent related work experience
• At least 2 year of experience in a relevant area.
• Expertise in identifying and rectifying errors, inconsistencies, and deficiencies in data to ensure data quality and reliability; 
• Full proficiency in creating visualizations of data using tools such as Power BI and Tableau;
• Full proficiency in using excel/ sheets.
• Deep understanding of ethical issues related to data usage and responsible behavior in data control; 
• Acceptable familiarity with SQL;
• Understanding of big data concepts; the ability to convey insights and findings through compelling storytelling to enhance the impact and understanding of data-driven information.
• Familiarity with python is a plus.
