DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure Team)

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining and improving SnappBox's infrastructure while collaborating closely with a dynamic and supportive team. Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the stability of SnappBox's infrastructure
• Collaborate with the team to design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure services
• Assist in managing and optimizing virtualization platforms
• Participate in automating infrastructure processes to improve efficiency
• Support the setup and maintenance of load balancers
• Help deploy and manage Kubernetes (K8s) clusters
• Contribute to implementing monitoring and log management systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure Engineer)
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., KVM)
• Experience in infrastructure automation (using tools like Ansible or Terraform)
• Knowledge of message broker systems (e.g., RabbitMQ)
• A foundational understanding of setting up and configuring load balancers (e.g., HAProxy)
• Basic familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) 
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
• Exposure to event streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of key-value databases (e.g., Redis)
• Familiarity with monitoring and log management tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
• A foundational understanding of networking, storage, and infrastructure best practices
