Work with internal teams to test and refine advertising innovations.
To play the role of “Advertisement Product Development Specialist” in cross functional teams to work on Ads products and Platform
To design the products based on Design Thinking approach.
To explore and identify new products ideas, untapped revenue opportunities, new markets and new customers and suggest them to management.
To prepare product roadmap, and design commercial releases to launch the product into market step by step.
To participate in clarification sessions, manage backlog and writing user stories
To manage and control all stakeholders and make sure all requirements will b considered in scope
To conduct new product implementation, test, analysis and monitoring quality of service, before and after commercial launch also to ensure compliance to product objectives, established best practices and benchmarks, as part of value streams’ cross functional teams.
To ensure proper rollout of new products and services throughout the wide geography of Iran.
To coordinate development of training programs and technical support guides for product suite by CR, S&D and Legal.
To prepare necessary reports of assigned product and services for management.
Using agile methodology values and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
Training, mentoring, and supporting developer team to follow agile values and practices.
Scheduling and facilitating events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
Manage backlog and sprints by prioritizing them to make sure the ROI will be maximized
Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
To use Jira for managing backlogs and developers tasks
Core purpose of the Job:
Strong knowledge of advertising technologies (AdTech), digital advertising trends, and programmatic advertising.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs, SSPs, Trackers and other ad platforms.
Experience with A/B testing, data analytics, and performance tracking.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Coordinate with advertisers, publishers and account managers to gather feedback and improve ad UX of Ads platforms
