• Develop and maintain tokenized design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
• Design and refine icons and visual elements aligned with brand identity and user experience best practices.
• Create user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with developers to seamlessly integrate design tokens into codebases.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize product design.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in design tokens, iconography, and design systems.
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on design systems, design tokens, and user-centered projects.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in design tokens, typography, color theory, and icon design.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience with tokenized design systems and custom iconography.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for solving complex design challenges.
