 About the Role:
The Creative Project Management Team Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing an organization’s creative projects. This individual is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising projects that involve design, content production, creative marketing, or software development with a creative approach. Their duties include resource allocation, creating detailed schedules, managing budgets, and maintaining continuous communication with team members and clients. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent interpersonal communication, decision-making under pressure, and the ability to solve creative challenges. The primary goal of this role is to facilitate the process of creating and executing creative projects to achieve successful outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and distribute incoming requests and projects for the creative and design team.
• Prepare briefings and brief team members on incoming requests.
• Manage the traffic and workload of the team.
• Communicate with stakeholders on project details and processes on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with team managers and leads on project scope, timeline, and allocated resources.
• Supervise project progress and the quality of processes.
• Ensure alignment between the brief and delivered projects.
• Communicate regular progress updates to the team manager and stakeholders.
• Plan timelines using project management software/platforms.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal team reports.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in project management or account management.
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multitask across multiple assignments, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with other teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project management and traffic management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• High ownership, responsibility, and proactivity.
• Agility in response to changing needs.
• Experience with project management software/platforms.
