Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of document and knowledge management strategies.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address documentation and knowledge gaps.
• Designing and maintaining user-friendly document and knowledge repositories.
• Facilitating training sessions to promote knowledge-sharing best practices.
• Analyzing knowledge usage and metrics to improve knowledge management initiatives.
• Ensuring alignment of knowledge management processes with organizational goals.
• Creating various documents like executive methods, SOPs, and policies.
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of documentation standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of business processes, operations, models and structure 
• Good ability to use necessary software (Excel, word, etc)
• Having deep knowledge about standards and frameworks such as ISO 9001, EFQM, ITIL and APQC is a must
• Having the perspective on using data to make changes
• Workflow and Process knowledge is necessary
• The ability to use other business process modeling platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with AI concepts and related tools is a plus
