Job Description:
The goal of this role is to enhance the quality of the seller experience. The Seller Experience Supervisor ensures service delivery across all touchpoints and processes for sellers, overseeing and coordinating the team’s efforts in alignment with the organization's vision and strategy to create a better experience for sellers.
Responsibilities:
- Define programs and develop organizational strategies to improve the seller experience at Digikala.
- Analyze seller feedback from surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
- Collaborate across teams to increase seller satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive and seasonal surveys and report findings to management.
- Monitor seller satisfaction indices and other key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the seller journey.
- Define and set KPIs (twice a year) for relevant teams and track their performance.
- Train and onboard new employees.
- Ensure that all processes within the team remain up-to-date with the latest industry standards.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Management (all disciplines) or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- Familiarity with data analysis and business insights.
