Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing the overall supply chain strategy.
  • Determining key supply chain KPIs.
  • Suggesting solutions for process improvements.
  • Identifying process bottlenecks and implementing solutions promptly.
  • Working with finance, sales, and project teams to determine the best vendors.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • Manage to process all procurement requests and deliver requests on time according to related policies.
  • Maintain performance management system, set KPIs, monitor results, provide feedback, and improve the performance of each team member.
  • Set clear goals for each team member.
  • Make decisions in critical situations and help the team work under pressure.
  • Inspire shared vision and lead the team to accomplish company objectives.
  • Enable and develop the technical and soft skills of team members.
  • Analyze supply chain data and performance.
  • Evaluate and report on KPIs.
  • Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.


Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
