The International Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing international sales strategies for digital advertising. This role is designed to expand the company's presence in international markets, foster relationships with international clients, and contribute to increasing global advertising revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze international market opportunities in target countries for digital advertising.
- Develop entry strategies and go-to-market plans for targeted international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international agencies and brands to close advertising deals.
- Cultivate long-term professional relationships with clients, partners, and advertising agencies globally.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee the execution of international advertising campaigns.
- Track and optimize campaign performance, providing consultation for clients to improve results.
- Work closely with internal teams, particularly the Ad Services team, to ensure smooth service delivery for international clients.
- Regularly report on campaign results and recommend improvements to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor global advertising trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze competitors and provide strategic recommendations for increasing market share in international territories.
- Provide regular reports to senior management and cross-functional teams on international campaign progress and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- At least 6 years of experience in international sales or business development, specifically in digital advertising.
- Proven track record in sales, market expansion, and client management on an international scale.
Technical and Specialized Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital advertising, online advertising tools, and global marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
- Expertise in contract negotiation and management, especially in international settings.
