- Design, develop, and implement training and development programs for employees
- Identify learning needs based on performance analysis and organizational goals
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve them
- Collaborate with department managers to design development plans tailored to organizational needs
- Manage the entire learning process, from planning to program execution
- Utilize modern technologies and online learning platforms
- Analyze training performance data and prepare managerial reports
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related fields
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in learning and development
- Familiarity with learning and development models and frameworks
- Proficiency in online learning tools and platforms
- ISO 10015:2019
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with teams and managers
- English proficiency (preferred)
