* Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
* Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including search, display, social media, email, and mobile.
* Analyze campaign performance data in real-time, adjust strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, design, and content) to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with overall brand objectives.
* Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, applying best practices and innovative approaches to our campaigns.
* Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to enhance campaign performance and user experience.
* Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in user acquisition and engagement.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, ASO, WebEngage, App Stores).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
* Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a constant desire to learn and innovate.
* Experience in health tech or app marketing is a plus.
