Senior Photography Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Photography Specialist to join our team. This individual should be able to allocate products to photographers and photography partners, provide training to partners and photographers, and manage and evaluate the quality of their work


Responsibilities

 Allocate products to photographers and photography partners based on received items
 Train partners and photographers in various photography fields
 Investigate seller complaints and resolve related issues
Quality control photographers' image files to ensure quality
Update photography guidelines to improve quality
 Evaluate partners based on performance and quality of work
 Submit weekly reports on seller and commercial entries for better management


Requirements and Skills

 Specialized knowledge in fashion, industrial, jewelry, and clothing photography
 Full mastery of lighting and understanding of product nature
Familiarity with image editing software, particularly Photoshop at an intermediate level
Intermediate proficiency in Excel
 Knowledge of various lenses and ability to use them
Mastery of lifestyle photograph
Ability to critique and review photos for quality improvement
