Job Description
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Banking Facilities Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Financial Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzes financial data and assesses credit risk for loan applications. Requires experience interpreting financial statements and understanding credit scoring models.
- Work closely with contracting parties like banks and financial institutes in order to ensure that all comapny's financial affairs go right.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
- Monitor banking performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Participating in audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
- Develop and document accounting policies and procedures.
Learning from and shadowing experienced finance professionals to develop your skills.
Requirments:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Have a good financial connection in the community
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with financial software is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
